The Cultivation of Teamwork Quality from the Perspective of Competitive-Complementary Relations

During the process of starting a business, in an entrepreneur team, there’s not only collaborative relationship among team members, there’re also competitions between them. To avoid consequence output reduction caused by competitive behavior members to fight for rights and interests, it’s necessary figure out influence Competitive-Complementary Relations (CCR) on performance so this paper aims study cultivation teamwork quality college students from perspective CCR. At first, relevant indexes were selected four aspects factor, teacher member efficacy factor form Evaluation Index System (EIS) assessing student team; then, employed combinatorial weighing method integrate weights obtained Entropy Weight Method (EWM) Variation Coefficient (VCM), constructed conceptual models complementary introduced methods calculating degree index detail. After that, used gray prediction model GM (1, 1) predict several sample teams within period based completion entrepreneurial tasks, coupling analyze coordination degree, performance. last, experiment results proved effectiveness proposed EIS models.
